1. 我们是谁1. Who we are

HypeNGo（“我们”）是一个面向 Hyperliquid 生态的非托管盯盘与交易工具，网址 hypengo.com。我们不保管你的资金，也没有账户注册系统。HypeNGo ("we") is a non-custodial tracking & trading tool for the Hyperliquid ecosystem at hypengo.com. We never hold your funds and have no account sign-up system.

2. 我们处理哪些数据2. What data we process

钱包地址：你查询或连接的地址会经我们的服务器代理转发到 Hyperliquid 官方 API（用于取该地址的公开链上数据）。这些地址是公开链上信息。
Wallet addresses: addresses you look up or connect pass through our server proxy to Hyperliquid's public API to fetch that address's public on-chain data. These are public on-chain identifiers.
IP 地址：仅用于按 IP 做请求限流，不写入数据库、不长期留存（应用限流计数在内存中短期保留；Cloudflare 和托管平台可能另有日志）。
IP address: used only for per-IP rate-limiting; not stored in any database and not retained (short-lived application counters; Cloudflare and hosting providers may keep separate logs).
匿名产品统计：我们按天汇总页面打开、功能入口、语言、设备类别和加载速度区间，用于发现故障和改进体验。统计不包含钱包地址、搜索内容、余额、订单参数、Cookie 或可识别访客的会话编号，45 天后自动删除。
Anonymous product metrics: we aggregate page views, feature entry points, language, device category and load-speed bands by day to find failures and improve the experience. These metrics contain no wallet addresses, search text, balances, order details, cookies or visitor-identifying session IDs, and are deleted after 45 days.
浏览器本地存储：收藏地址、语言和本地监控偏好保存在浏览器中。本地交易模式的 Agent 密钥留在浏览器；你主动开启 Cloud 24/7 时，Agent/API 密钥会上传并以 AES-256-GCM 加密保存在服务器，用于关掉网页后的自动下单。
Browser storage: watchlists, language and local preferences are stored in your browser. Local-mode Agent keys stay in the browser. When you explicitly enable Cloud 24/7, the Agent/API key is uploaded and stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM for automated order signing while your browser is closed.

3. 我们不做什么3. What we do NOT do

我们不要求你的主钱包私钥。Cloud 24/7 可托管只能交易的 Agent/API 密钥；它不能直接提现，但被滥用仍可能造成交易亏损。你可抹除托管记录，并在 Hyperliquid 撤销 Agent 授权。
We never request your main wallet private key. Cloud 24/7 hosts an order-only Agent/API key. It cannot directly withdraw funds, but misuse can still cause trading losses. You can purge the hosted record and revoke the Agent authorization on Hyperliquid.
Cloudflare 可处理访问日志、安全检查和流量分析，遵循其隐私政策。
Cloudflare may process access logs, security checks and traffic analytics under its own privacy policy.
我们不出售你的任何数据。
We do not sell any of your data.

4. 第三方服务4. Third-party services

为提供功能，我们的服务器会向 Hyperliquid、HypurrScan、DefiLlama、CoinGecko 等公开数据源发起请求。字体来自 Google Fonts。这些服务有各自的隐私政策。To provide features, our server queries public data sources including Hyperliquid, HypurrScan, DefiLlama and CoinGecko. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each has its own privacy policy.

5. Cookie5. Cookies

开启邀请制时，我们使用一个必要的 HttpOnly 通行证 Cookie 来记住你已通过验证。不用于广告追踪。When invite-gating is enabled, we use one essential HttpOnly session cookie to remember you passed verification. Not used for ad tracking.

由于我们不建账户、几乎不留存个人数据，你可随时清除浏览器存储以删除本地数据。Cloud 24/7 数据需使用「抹除」删除服务器记录；仅清除浏览器存储不会停止云端计划。你也可以直接在 Hyperliquid 撤销 Agent 授权。如有隐私问题，请通过 hypengo.com 上公布的渠道联系我们。Because we keep no accounts and retain almost no personal data, you can clear your browser storage at any time to remove local data. Use Cloud 24/7 purge to delete server records: clearing browser storage alone does not stop hosted plans. You can also revoke the Agent on Hyperliquid.
