1. 服务性质1. What HypeNGo is

HypeNGo 是一个非托管的信息与交易辅助工具。交易在 Hyperliquid 等链上协议完成，我们只提供界面与数据，不托管你的资金，也不是经纪商、交易所或投资顾问。HypeNGo is a non-custodial information & trading-interface tool. Trades execute on on-chain protocols such as Hyperliquid; we provide the interface and data only. We do not custody funds and are not a broker, exchange or investment adviser.

2. 不构成投资建议2. Not investment advice

页面上的所有内容——包括聪明钱榜、可跟单度评分、外号、年化/胜率等指标——都由公开链上数据自动计算，仅供研究参考，不构成任何投资建议或要约。过往表现不代表未来结果。跟单、复制他人交易或使用任何信号，风险由你自行承担。Everything shown — leaderboards, copy-scores, nicknames, annualized/win-rate metrics — is auto-computed from public on-chain data and is for research only; it is not investment advice or a solicitation. Past performance does not indicate future results. Copy-trading or acting on any signal is at your own risk.

3. 风险提示3. Risk warning

加密货币与杠杆衍生品交易风险极高，可能导致全部本金损失。杠杆会放大盈亏，仓位可能被强制平仓。请只用你能承受损失的资金参与，并自行做研究（DYOR）。Crypto and leveraged derivatives trading is highly risky and can lead to total loss of capital. Leverage amplifies gains and losses; positions can be liquidated. Only use funds you can afford to lose and do your own research (DYOR).

4. 资格与地区限制4. Eligibility & jurisdiction

你声明你已达到所在司法辖区的法定年龄，且在你所在地使用本工具及进行相关衍生品交易是合法的。部分国家/地区可能限制或禁止此类交易，请自行确认合规性。若当地法律禁止，请勿使用。You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that using this tool and trading such derivatives is lawful where you are. Some countries/regions restrict or prohibit such trading — you are responsible for confirming your own compliance. Do not use the tool where local law prohibits it.

5. 费用5. Fees

通过站内下单时，HypeNGo 会收取一笔在下单前明确展示的 builder 手续费（当前约 0.025%/单）。我们也可能从合作协议（如 Derive）获得返佣分成。链上 gas 与协议本身的费用由相应协议收取。When you trade in-app, HypeNGo charges a builder fee shown to you before you confirm (currently ~0.025% per order). We may also receive referral rebates from partner protocols (e.g. Derive). On-chain gas and protocol fees are charged by those protocols.

6. 非托管与你的密钥6. Non-custodial & your keys

交易通过你在本设备浏览器内授权的交易密钥完成，该密钥只能下单、不能提款，且只保存在你的浏览器里。你对自己的钱包与密钥安全负全部责任。Trades use a trading key you authorize inside this browser; that key can place orders but can never withdraw and is stored only in your browser. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and keys.

7. 免责与责任限制7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

本服务按“现状”提供，数据可能延迟、不完整或有误。在法律允许的最大范围内，对因使用本服务产生的任何损失，我们不承担责任。The service is provided "as is"; data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

8. 变更8. Changes

我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后继续使用即视为接受。We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept it.
